For a diagnosis of Digestive Weakness, the following guidelines are recommended.
raw salads, fruits and vegetables
sugar and sweets
drinking cold liquids with meals
frozen or chilled foods
melons, strawberries, bananas
lettuce, radishes, celery

It is best to eat food that has been warmed and/or cooked, especially vegetable; warm rice, soup or stew is beneficial. Eat easily-digestible fully-cooked grains. Eating small meals frequently is helpful for digestion, as well as supplementing each meal by drinking warm water, broth, soup or tea. Healthy spices are black and white pepper, cardamom, fresh ginger, ginger powder, cloves, nutmeg, orange peel and fennel.
